purchase price of any existing re-sale home that has been “for sale” at
least 90 days and has not had any price reductions or offers during that period.
(Certain
exceptions apply i.e. Court ordered sales, estate sales, third party relocation

not successful in negotiating at least a 3% reduction in sale price we will give
you a $1,000.00 Gift certificate to be used at any store you choose. By the
way, the MLS average price reduction on a home for sale is considerably less
than the 3% we guarantee we’ll save you!
Our intention is to keep the most money in your
pocket … no gimmicks, rebates, free motels, appliances etc. etc. … a Realtor's
fee simply isn’t large enough to be able to give you any kind of incentive
